The Facilities Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and operational tasks across building systems to ensure a safe, functional, and efficient workplace. This role requires a hands-on professional with expertise in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
Job Responsibility:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
Respond to facility-related service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure, identifying and addressing potential issues
Support office fit-outs, relocations, and reconfigurations (e.g., furniture moves, minor construction)
Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) and energy efficiency tools
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and reports
Assist in emergency response and business continuity procedures
Requirements:
Technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or building services
With Valid TESDA NC II Certification
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar facilities or maintenance role
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
