Multi Skilled Technician

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Respond to facility-related service requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Conduct routine inspections of building infrastructure, identifying and addressing potential issues
• Support office fit-outs, relocations, and reconfigurations (e.g., furniture moves, minor construction)
• Monitor and maintain building management systems (BMS) and energy efficiency tools
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs or services
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs, checklists, and reports
• Assist in emergency response and business continuity procedures

• Technical diploma or certification in electrical, mechanical, or building services
• With Valid TESDA NC II Certification
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar facilities or maintenance role
• Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals
• Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
