Job Responsibility

Manage staffing solutions by transitioning, recruiting or reducing personnel appropriately with focus on overall performance while maintaining redundancy in critical competencies, skills, delegations and assuring diversity

Lead annual performance assessment to assure fairness across all project and domain teams.
Assure long-term success by understanding the needs of the project team, the individual, and the office by providing balanced staffing solutions that provide the appropriate critical skills and developmental opportunities.
