Are you passionate about making a difference in your community while utilising your plumbing skills? A leading company in the Facilities Management industry is seeking a Multi-Skilled Plumber in West Yorkshire. In this role, you will contribute directly to the maintenance and repair of social housing, ensuring homes are safe and operational for residents.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform routine and emergency plumbing repairs, including fixing leaks and replacing fixtures
  • Install and maintain plumbing systems, adhering to specifications and safety standards
  • Assist with various general maintenance duties, such as minor electrical work and carpentry
  • Respond promptly to service requests, ensuring timely completion of work orders
  • Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities accurately

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing or equivalent
  • Proven experience in plumbing maintenance and repair work
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in the construction sector
  • A full UK driving license and valid CSCS/JIB card
  • Basic understanding of electrical systems related to plumbing
