Multi Skilled Plumber

• Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults and secondary trade repairs within residential properties
• Lead full bathroom refurbishments, ensuring a high standard of finish in both plumbing and tiling
• Provide swift, safe, and efficient solutions to urgent maintenance issues
• Manage resident expectations with professionalism, keeping them informed of progress and resolving issues with a calm, patient approach
• Use a PDA/smartphone to maintain accurate work records, including photographic evidence and safety documentation
• Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations (RAMS/PPE) and maintain your tools and equipment to the highest standards
• Participate in the out-of-hours (OOH) rota to ensure 24/7 support for the local community

• NVQ Level 2-3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Proven competence in at least two other trades (e.g., tiling, carpentry, or plastering)
• At least 3 years of trade experience, ideally within social housing or residential repairs, including 3+ years specifically in full bathroom installations
• A diagnostic mindset and the ability to implement effective, long-term repair solutions
• Strong verbal and digital communication skills for reporting and resident interaction
• A full UK driving licence and the ability to pass a clean DBS check
• Previous experience with laminate fitting is highly desirable
