Multi-Skilled Operator

At Yeo Valley, we’re proud of our world-class products and the people who make them. Right now, we’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Multi-Skilled Operator to join our Production Team at our Cannington facility. Working as part of an important team supporting production at our Cannington site, you'll be operating and optimizing complex machines and processing equipment, ensuring we maintain the highest standards of product quality and health and safety. Using mechanical skills and knowledge, you will be the go-to person for all in the team that need support with complex operational processes, optimizing complex machines or identifying root cause of underlying problems. Undertaking of maintenance tasks, validation checks and optimisation of the machines, you will ensure the team are able to meet their daily Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) with optimal utilisation of our assets and raw materials. The shifts follow a 4 on 4 off days working pattern between 0600-18:00 (12 hour shifts).
