Multi-Skilled Operator II

• Oversee operations for gas lifted wells, ESP's, three-phase separation, and gas compression
• Manage control board operations and pipeline operations effectively
• Prepare for and perform maintenance tasks, including taking readings and issuing work permits
• Proactively monitor well and equipment performance to maximize production
• Collaborate with support groups to optimize chemical pump rates based on production data
• Interface with Engineering for data gathering requests and track test compression data
• Conduct fluid level assessments using echo meters

• Understanding of corrosion management and prevention techniques
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in well operations
• Ability to provide technical and functional support within the department
• General working knowledge of systems, terminology, and procedures used in operations
• Capable of solving problems and making basic decisions
• High school diploma or equivalent
• technical degree preferred
• Minimum 3-5 years in oil and gas operations, particularly in well management
