Multi-Skilled Operative

• Responding promptly to reactive maintenance requests and effectively diagnose faults
• Completing planned maintenance works in accordance with schedules, specifications, and compliance requirements
• Supporting the wider facilities team in maintaining other building systems such as HVAC, electrical and mechanical when required
• Completing general building repairs including minor carpentry, painting, fittings and flooring tasks
• Maintaining accurate records of completed carpentry and maintenance work in line with company procedures
• Identifying and reporting any safety concerns or potential hazards related to water systems and leaks
• Working with the wider maintenance team on larger renovation or improvement projects

• Experience in carpentry maintenance and repair within commercial or industrial environments
• Good understanding of other basic building systems
• Full UK driving licence
• Confident using mobile devices to complete tasks
• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry or City and Guilds in Carpentry is desirable
