Anabas is currently seeking to employ an experienced Multi Skilled Operative – Post and Print to provide an exceptional client experience through the delivery of their duties. You will be in a client facing role and required to provide a 5-star customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure you deliver the best service possible to our client
  • Demonstrate and provide excellent communication to the client, building relationships and promoting the department services
  • Understand and meet SLA’s
  • Complete all relevant training
  • QHSE standards in all tasks and duties
  • First for all point of contact Document Services provided on site
  • Undertake print jobs A3, A4, A5 size printing using Canon Professional machines using Fiery and Adobe professional software
  • Undertake print finishing jobs, wire binding, laminating and guillotine work
  • Sorting / delivery / collection of incoming, outgoing and internal mail to/from the correct locations
  • Processing outgoing mail ensuring correct postage is paid and recording of outgoing accountable items
  • Booking of same day, UK overnight and international courier jobs as per client instructions
  • Using Matrix room booking software
  • Meeting room set ups and Assist Porter
  • Ensuring that stationery is kept to an agreed level, both in storage and on the floors
  • Ensuring that all MFD’s are stocked with paper
  • First line assistance for MFD fleet
  • Carry out any reasonable request as requested by management to ensure a good level of service is provided
  • Work within the requirements of the Health & Safety at Work Act
  • Ensure high standard of housekeeping is maintained at all times within the department
  • Undertake all required and mandatory training
  • Help monitor reprographics consumable stock levels and order when necessary
  • Advise your line management of any operational issues
  • Undertake other duties not specifically stated above which from time to time are necessary for the effective performance of the overall service without altering the nature or level of responsibility involved

Requirements:

  • 2 years Print skills essential
  • Other skills negotiable
  • Microsoft suite of packages (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
  • Adobe suite (Acrobat, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Working knowledge of EFI Fiery software
  • Working knowledge of MFD’s, production printing machines, online and offline finishing equipment
  • Advanced skills in photocopying, printing and scanning
  • Knowledge of eBible production
  • Experience working with Director or Board papers

  • Handle guest laundry requests including item counting and charge posting in accordance with procedures
  • Assist across Housekeeping operations as assigned and perform additional duties assigned by the Director of Housekeeping or Assistant Manager
