Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative

Do you bring a broad base of maintenance skills — or a clear track record of developing them — across several technical areas? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We are expanding our Facilities & Maintenance team and are looking for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative who can bring adaptability, technical competence, and a proactive approach to maintaining our buildings, equipment, and grounds. This role will suit somebody who has experience within a complex care environment and who can evidence either well-rounded, multi-trade maintenance skills or a strong development journey across a range of specialist maintenance areas.
