Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

• Carrying out PPMs and reactive works in accordance with the 18th Edition and current safety standards
• Assisting with basic HVAC, F-Gas/mechanical tasks, and general building fabric maintenance
• Issuing Permits to Work, managing on-site contractors, and ensuring full adherence to H&S and COSHH regulations
• Acting as a professional face for the business, managing the helpdesk tasks within set timeframes to exceed customer expectations
• Participating in a call-out rota to provide emergency response

• Qualified Electrician: NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds equivalent, 18th Edition, and AM2
• F-Gas Qualification: Ideally, you will hold Category 1 F-Gas (or have significant AC/HVAC experience)
• FM Experience: Proven background in Facilities Management
• Driver's License: A full UK driving license is essential
• Vetting: Ability to pass standard security vetting
