Job Description

We are seeking a professional, electrically-biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to maintain a high-end, prestigious commercial office space in Mayfair. You will be responsible for ensuring the flawless operation of landlord and tenant assets within a premier corporate environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance across a variety of electrical and mechanical plant
  • Maintain and fault-find on critical HVAC systems, including cooling towers, chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), and commercial boilers
  • Safely execute and oversee pump maintenance, where installation resistance testing experience is essential
  • Respond swiftly to minor mechanical, plumbing, and building services fabric issues as required
  • Manage on-site sub-contractors, ensuring RAMS are compliant and work is completed safely
  • Maintain accurate logbooks and compliance records to ensure the building meets all statutory regulations

Requirements

  • City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations (or equivalent)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Strong experience in high-end commercial or corporate environments
