This role is vital within the Queen Elizabeth Hospital estate, ensuring high standards of maintenance and compliance are met consistently. Job Responsibility:

  • Respond to electrical breakdowns, carrying out repairs on lighting and circuits
  • Perform routine mechanical and fabric maintenance across the estate as needed
  • Collaborate with the estates management team to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage planned preventive maintenance schedules and maintain accurate records
  • Assist in maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring all services are operational

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications including 18th edition and City & Guilds certifications
  • Proven experience in electrical troubleshooting and repairs
  • A flexible approach, with the ability to handle diverse maintenance tasks
  • Strong focus on safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations
