Are you an experienced engineer ready to join a business investing heavily in its people, manufacturing plant and long-term growth? We're exclusively partnering with a globally expanding drinks manufacturer that is making significant investment at one of its flagship UK sites. With site expansion and new machinery planned, this is an opportunity to be part of a business where engineering plays a central role. Due to expansion, we're recruiting two Multi-Skilled Engineers to strengthen a small, close-knit team! During peak season (approx. July-August), you'll work Panama shift (2's &3's) reverting to rotating 8-hour shifts outside of peak. There is currently a mix of reactive and preventative work, with a strong focus on becoming more proactive as the site continues to grow. You'll thrive here if you're proactive, hands-on, and enjoy working in a team where ideas are listened to and engineers are trusted to make an impact.

Job Responsibility

  • Responding to breakdowns and ensuring plant reliability
  • Being right at the heart with expansion projects and growth & give your input
  • Delivering preventative maintenance and driving PPM improvements
  • Supporting new installations and ongoing site expansion projects
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and utilities cost savings
  • Managing parts ordering within a lean stores environment

Requirements

  • Multi-skilled engineer (electrical & mechanical), electrical bias preferred
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Experience within manufacturing or process environments
  • PLC knowledge desirable but not essential
