Job Description:

A long-established and stable manufacturer in Oxfordshire is looking for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to join its experienced day-shift team. This is a newly created role supporting production, site services and ongoing improvement projects.

Job Responsibility:

Mechanical and electrical maintenance across a range of site equipment
Fault-finding, breakdown response and planned maintenance
Safe working within electrical panels (must hold relevant electrical qualification)
Supporting small and larger-scale engineering projects
Hands-on troubleshooting, problem solving and prioritising multiple tasks

Requirements:

Electrical qualification plus solid mechanical competency
Confident fault-finding (no PLC programming required)
Practical, common-sense approach and strong communication skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and keen to get to the root cause of issues
Manufacturing background preferred (food not essential)
