Job Description:

Are you a hands-on, proactive engineer looking to join a forward-thinking, well-established company? If so, this could be your next career move. We're seeking a Multi-skilled Engineer who thrives in a team environment, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to upskill while working for a business that genuinely invests in its people. Working a 12-hour slow rotating Panama/3s & 2s shift pattern (with every other Friday-Sunday off), you'll play a key role in maintaining the smooth operation of all mechanical and electrical systems across production and site facilities.

Job Responsibility:

Performing mechanical and electrical maintenance to the highest safety and quality standards
Maintaining accurate documentation and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Responding to production needs and coordinating work with engineering and factory teams
Liaising with contractors and sourcing essential spares efficiently
Keeping the workshop and work areas clean and following all safety procedures

Requirements:

Apprentice-trained or hold a relevant engineering qualification
Multi-skilled mechanical and electrical experience, preferably within food, FMCG, or manufacturing
Proactive, team-oriented engineer who takes ownership of their work and supports colleagues to achieve team success
Takes pride in delivering high-quality work and maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organised environment
