Job Description:

Are you an experienced Multi-skilled Engineer looking to join a market-leading FMCG manufacturer? This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a supportive team, across a wide variety of modern machinery, in a challenging and rewarding environment. We're seeking a proactive engineer who thrives in a busy production setting, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance while contributing to continuous improvement and engineering projects.

Job Responsibility:

Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) on processing, production, packaging, and site facilities equipment
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults efficiently
Respond promptly to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests
Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with engineering projects
Maintain accurate CMMS records
Work with equipment including mixers, check-weighers, fillers, flow-wrappers, and conveyors

Requirements:

Hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Possess a stand-alone electrical qualification (essential)
Have prior experience as a multi-skilled engineer within FMCG or manufacturing
Be familiar with site plant and facilities maintenance
Demonstrate strong numeracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

Ideally have exposure to TPM, WCM, or Lean methodologies
