Multi-skilled Engineer

• Investigate and resolve mechanical and electrical faults with a 'right first time' approach
• Work under pressure while maintaining high standards of safety and quality
• Record and manage maintenance activities using the CMMS system on iPads
• Work independently while collaborating with the wider engineering team when required
• Support production and maintain plant reliability

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in a relevant engineering discipline
• Evidence of multi-skilled experience (mechanical and electrical)
• Previous experience in FMCG, food, or pharma manufacturing preferred but not essential
• Able to conduct themselves professionally and work effectively as part of a team
• Ability to adapt to legacy factory equipment and troubleshoot effectively
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
