Multi-Skilled Engineer

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a wide range of equipment
• Document all work completed, including faults, repairs, and parts used
• Respond rapidly to breakdowns, minimising downtime and ensuring production targets are met
• Identify and report issues that require escalation or further investigation
• Apply practical problem-solving to keep equipment running, even when parts may need adapting due to short lead times or tight production schedules

• Proven experience in a multi-skilled engineering role within the food or FMCG industry
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding ability
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• A proactive, adaptable approach with excellent communication skills
