We're looking for a Multi Skilled Engineer OR Fabric Engineer who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to maintenance schedules.

Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch works
  • Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventative maintenance (PPMs)
  • Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients
  • Perform tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition

Requirements:

  • Experience in facilities management or building services
  • Trade background or served experience in a similar role
  • Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills
  • Manual handling certified and physically fit for working at heights and confined spaces
  • Strong communication skills and IT literacy for task recording and updates
