Requirements

Time served multi skilled maintenance engineer (mechanically bias)
Relevant experience in a fast-paced preventative maintenance environment
Electrical understanding (BS 7671)
Understanding of hydraulic, pneumatic systems and compression moulding
Ability to fault find on electrical and mechanical systems.
Good IT experience with Microsoft Packages such as Word and Excel

Job Responsibility

Service and maintain all plant, equipment and building services in line with the company’s preventative maintenance standards and procedures.
Support the sites EHS compliance obligations
Machine tool changes and modifications
New equipment installation and modification
Safety system installations and improvements
Movement or re-organisation of production lines
Installation of services to support the sites development.
Assist with implementation of changes to manufacturing processes.
Any other activities requiring practical engineering support in their implementation.
Produce work instructions for specific job tasks.
