Job Responsibility

Ensuring up to date records are both produced and kept via the appropriate mediums on time
Liaise with the other Contracts Administrators and Supervisors
Answering and dealing with phone calls from both Clients and Tenants
Providing administrative support to our team leaders, engineers, suppliers, and tenants
