Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi Skilled Electrician to join our Property Maintenance and Construction Department working within our Spennymoor maintenance teams.

Job Responsibility:

Undertaking all damp associated electrical repairs and accompanying multiskilled repairs to both domestic and commercial properties to a high-quality standard
Delivering excellent customer service
Engaging with all stakeholders of the service
Acting as an Ambassador of Bernicia
Promoting and endorsing the positive work across communities

Requirements:

NVQ/City & Guilds Certificate qualifying as an Electrician
18th Edition, Testing & Inspection
Full driving licence
Experience working in a domestic and commercial property maintenance and target driven environment
Excellent customer service skills
Sound working knowledge of trade discipline and wider building construction sector
Flexible approach
Ability to contribute positively to change and adapt to new ways of working
