Are you keen to make a tangible difference in a fast-paced environment? A leading company in the FM industry is seeking a Multi-Skilled Electrician in West Yorkshire. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in the repairs and maintenance of social housing properties, ensuring quality service and high satisfaction for residents across Leeds.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute various electrical repairs and maintenance work within a social housing environment
  • Complete tasks in other minor trade disciplines where competent to ensure a 'first-time fix'
  • Attend maintenance appointments punctually, aiming to complete works on the first visit
  • Diagnose remedial needs, schedule follow-up appointments when necessary, and organize required materials
  • Ensure a clean working environment by removing waste and debris daily upon completion of works

Requirements:

  • Valid JIB Gold Card
  • 2391 Inspection and Testing certification
  • Relevant experience in electrical repair, installation, and maintenance within the social housing sector
  • Full UK driving licence for mobile regional coverage
  • Proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent time management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
