Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Delivered PPM and reactive maintenance to industry standards and contractual SLAs
Monitored and maintained key building plant and equipment daily
Responded to emergency callouts, diagnosing faults and completing repairs
Worked on mechanical systems including pumps, motors and valves
Ensured full Health & Safety compliance across site activities
Resolved client issues quickly while minimising disruption
Worked independently and as part of a team
Participated in the on-call rota for out-of-hours emergencies

Requirements:

Recognised electrical qualification (18th Edition)
City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing
Good understanding of building services
basic BMS knowledge beneficial
Strong fault-finding and repair skills
Health & Safety training (desirable)
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Able to work independently or as part of a team
