Direct and motivate on-site teams to achieve operational targets and exceed customer expectations

Requirements:
4-Year University or Engineering Degree Preferred
High school diploma required OR an equivalent combination of experience, technical training, and safety certifications
Bilingual (English and French)
Advanced technical knowledge of wind turbine operations and maintenance, combined with leadership experience (2–5 years in a supervisory role)
6 - 7 years’ experience in power generation equipment support with 3 years concentration in the wind turbine operations and maintenance required
Proven ability to lead diverse teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong skills in strategic decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
Exceptional communication and influencing abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels
Demonstrated success in building team culture, fostering collaboration, and driving continuous improvement
Must meet the weight requirement 120kg (265 lbs.) or less to safely utilize climbing equipment and climbing gear
Must be able to work in Canada with no Company sponsorship
Ability to travel domestic and international locations to project sites and on business as required with the ability to obtain a passport
Ability to successfully complete all Canadian regulatory laws surrounding pre-employment screening requirements
Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical administered by a medical examiner to ensure the ability to safely perform job functions and meet the physical demands of the position
Must possess a full valid driver’s license and be insurable under our auto insurance policy
