We are seeking a hands-on Training Manager to support our Perth multi-property hotel cluster during a 12-month maternity leave cover. This is a highly operational role focused on training delivery, facilitation and follow‑up — not training design. All training frameworks, materials and systems are already established. Your role is to engage, facilitate, coach and ensure completion across our operational teams.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver group orientations and onboarding sessions across multiple hotels
Facilitate service, operational and compliance training programs
Run role plays, practical simulations and interactive workshops
Coordinate and track mandatory, WHS and online training completion
Follow up on outstanding training with leaders and associates
Maintain accurate training and compliance records
Partner with operational leaders to support on‑the‑job learning
Requirements:
Background in hotel, hospitality or customer‑facing operations
Experience leading teams or delivering training
Confident communicator with strong facilitation skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Working knowledge of WHS and mandatory training requirements
Nice to have:
Experience in a Training, Operations or Team Leader role
Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (TAE) or willingness to obtain
Experience working across multiple sites or departments
