As the Multi Property Reservations Manager, you will lead the end-to-end reservations function, ensuring every booking reflects precision, care, and our commitment to hospitality excellence. Bringing together strong commercial acumen and a guest-first mindset, you will drive occupancy, optimise revenue, and help shape the guest journey before arrival. You will also play a key leadership role in developing your team, enhancing processes, and partnering closely with Revenue, Sales, and Operations to deliver strong business results.
Job Responsibility
Drive occupancy and revenue through effective yield management, forecasting, and inventory optimisation
Support the hotel’s revenue strategy by managing distribution channels and demand patterns
Monitor performance data and adjust strategies to maximise results
Deliver a seamless, responsive reservations experience that reflects Marriott’s service standards
Maximise conversion through personalised guest engagement and attention to detail
Ensure every guest interaction sets the tone for an exceptional stay
Analyse booking trends, market data, and performance metrics to inform decision-making
Provide clear reporting and insights to support business strategy
Translate data into actionable improvements in performance and guest satisfaction
Partner with Revenue, Sales, and Marketing teams to align pricing, promotions, and campaigns
Support cross-functional initiatives that drive overall hotel performance
Maintain strong communication to ensure alignment across departments
Lead, coach, and inspire the reservations team to deliver high performance
Foster a culture aligned with Marriott values, focusing on service excellence and continuous improvement
Provide ongoing feedback, development opportunities, and recognition to build team capability
Requirements
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a hotel environment (Reservations, Front Office, or Duty Management)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage large volumes of bookings and ensure efficiency
Sound understanding of revenue management, forecasting, and inventory control
Experience with Opera Cloud or similar PMS, with strong MS Office capability
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with guests, team members, and other departments
Analytical mind set with a focus on optimizing room inventory, pricing strategies, and revenue opportunities
Proven leadership ability to train, mentor, and motivate a team to achieve departmental goals and deliver exceptional service
