Job Description:

The Multi Property Night Supervisor is responsible for overseeing night operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and supporting team members. Key duties include processing check-ins, resolving guest issues, and maintaining company standards.

Job Responsibility:

Complete designated cashier and closing reports
Review shift logs/daily memo books
Contact appropriate individual or department to resolve guest issues
Process guest check-ins
Sell rooms to guests without reservations
Ensure rates match market codes
Scan and charge checks from outlets
Assist management in training, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Follow company policies and procedures
Welcome and acknowledge guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Ensure adherence to quality expectations
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds

Requirements:

Professional German language skills
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
