Job Responsibility:

  • Taking over event planning after contract signature by the Sales Team
  • Supporting and advising our guests in the detailed planning and execution of their events – from initial coordination to on-site delivery
  • Acting as a key contact for clients and for our Convention Sales Coordinators & Executives
  • Creating event documentation such as schedules, function sheets, and reviewing invoices
  • Ensuring optimal utilization of room and meeting capacities in collaboration with Revenue Management
  • Contributing to the achievement of business goals within the Convention Planning department
  • Supporting pre- and post-conference meetings as well as site inspections
  • Developing training plans and assisting with onboarding of new team members

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in hospitality and event sales
  • High self-motivation and strong communication skills in both German and English
  • Completed vocational training or degree in hotel or event management
