Job Description:

Provides high level of property maintenance knowledge with overall responsibility for maintaining multiple buildings, grounds and physical plant. Accountable for managing budget, capital expenditure projects, preventative maintenance and energy conservation. Develops and implements strategies to deliver products and services meeting guest and employee expectations while maximizing financial performance.

Job Responsibility:

Manage property maintenance for multiple buildings
Ensure safety, security and asset protection
Manage budget and capital expenditure projects
Oversee preventative maintenance and energy conservation
Develop and implement operational strategies
Maintain standards and regulatory requirements
Lead emergency response team
Manage physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems
Administer service contracts
Manage engineering budgets
Oversee execution of preventative maintenance and asset protection plans
Supervise construction projects
Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
6 years experience in engineering and maintenance or related professional area
technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing
OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Building and Construction, Engineering, Mechanics, or related major
4 years experience in engineering and maintenance or related professional area
technical training in HVAC-R/Electrical/Plumbing
