Job Description:

The Multi-Property Assistant Purchasing Manager position at Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City involves managing purchasing, inventory, and quality assurance for food and retail services. Job Responsibility:

Print and organize necessary documents
summarize and distribute information to employees
maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety programs and regulations
adhere to food safety policies
maintain records
calculate inventories, orders, and costs
conduct inventory audits
notify of low stock levels
troubleshoot delivery issues
oversee returns
verify and track inventory
reconcile invoices and reports
receive and process deliveries
monitor PAR levels for food items
refuse damaged or incorrect items
train, schedule, and motivate employees
ensure adherence to quality standards
report accidents and unsafe conditions to manager
follow company policies
maintain professional appearance
protect company assets
assist employees
communicate clearly
read and review written documents
stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
move objects up to 50 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
