Own the month-end close for designated Lina Stores entities – journals, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations – to a tight reporting timetable
Produce the monthly management accounts pack – P&L, balance sheet, and KPI commentary – at site, brand, and consolidated level, with clear variance analysis against budget and prior year
Business partner with Heads of Department, General Managers, and Operations leaders, translating numbers into commercial insight that drives decision-making
Lead annual budgeting and quarterly reforecasting cycles, building robust, bottom-up plans aligned to commercial strategy
Monitor and challenge key hospitality KPIs – GP margins, labour cost percentage, controllable costs, EBITDA, and site profitability – flagging risks and opportunities early
