For a limited time, join us now and receive a £1000 bonus!!*** Join our friendly, supportive and inclusive multi home team in Norfolk – Multi-Home Care Team Leader - Nights. £16.50 Per hour (Nights) & Enhancements & Mileage Paid Full time & Part time positions available. 4-week set rota pattern and Every Other Weekend We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Site Care Team Leader to join the Norse Care team, working across all of our 32 care services in Norfolk. Whether you're an experienced Care Support Worker ready to take the next step, or a current Senior or Team Leader looking to develop your experience, this role offers the chance to grow with Norfolk’s largest care home provider. You'll have opportunities to work on a variety of projects across the business, gain valuable experience, and develop excellent career progression while making a real difference in your community. Job Responsibility

  • Building strong working relationships with colleagues by using natural leadership skills to supervise and motivate your team
  • Managing staff across our care establishments, including coordinating last minute staff cover and managing handovers
  • Supporting new starter inductions and assisting with staff performance and reporting
  • Lead by example in delivering high quality person-centred care for our residents. Supporting independence, dignity and informed choices in line with their care plan
  • Overseeing the safe administration of medication in accordance with company procedures
  • Responding promptly to call bells and emergencies and providing an overall excellent level of care

Requirements

  • A passion for supporting others by providing exemplary care to our residents
  • Demonstrate that you share our core values
  • Full UK driving licence due to the travel between our establishments
  • Previous experience working within a similar social care role
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to coach, mentor and work effectively as part of a team

  • Ensure full compliance with all relevant aviation security legislation, including the Aviation Transport Security Act, Regulations, and local SOPs
  • Monitor CCTV systems, alarms, and intelligence systems to identify potential threats or irregularities
  • Conduct regular security audits and patrols to ensure procedures are followed and risks are mitigated
  • Lead, supervise, and support a team of Aviation Security Officers and Team Leaders during the shift
  • Conduct shift briefings and ensure all staff are informed of daily priorities, threats, and procedural changes
