Job Description

We’re looking for a reliable Multi Drop Delivery Driver to join our transport team based in Aylesford. If you enjoy driving, and being part of a supportive, family run business – this could be the role for you!

Job Responsibility

Multidrop deliveries of fresh produce across Kent, London, and surrounding areas
Daily vehicle checks and defect reporting
Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries
Friendly and professional service to customers
Collection of goods back to depot

Requirements

A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points
A professional, reliable, and punctual approach to work
Strong communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and customers
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
A customer-focused mindset and commitment to delivering excellent service
The ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take ownership of tasks
Adaptability and confidence in making sound decisions when required
Previous experience in a similar role or working environment would be advantageous, but is not essential
