Job Responsibility:
Working with women in refuge across two London boroughs
Creating tailored support plans to address immediate practical and emotional needs
Conducting risk assessments and safety plans
Helping with benefits and budgeting
Exploring pathways for resettlement
Promoting social inclusion, encouraging independence, and helping women build resilience
Creating a support network and enabling engagement with other services
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in specialist support services, working directly with women and families facing multiple challenges
Case work focused on offering proactive and emotional support to women recovering from domestic abuse
Adept at collaborating with various agencies, always approaching these partnerships with a professional and proactive attitude
