Job Responsibility

Performs extraordinarily complex technical tasks and decision-making
Must be able to demonstrate/achieve and maintain Maintenance Tech III expert proficiency within 10 months of hire
Must also demonstrate a strong knowledge around PLC troubleshooting and interaction with PLC Hardware
Trouble shoots, maintains, and repairs complex machinery
Troubleshooting and repairs on AC/DC/Servo Motor Control System and Instrumentation Control Systems
Collaborates well with production associates and other technicians to solve problems with reliability and urgency
Investigates and repairs electrical and mechanical systems/machinery
Problem solves and performs/ preventative maintenance
Maintains work records and prepare clear and concise oral and written reports
Conducts root cause analysis on system and equipment malfunctions and efficiencies
