Job Description

You will support the creation and delivery of marketing activities across Sanjugo and other Sept Group brands, with a strong digital focus. You’ll work closely with the founders/management team and receive full training through Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer programme. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help tell Sanjugo’s story online, attract new guests, and build a loyal community.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the creation and delivery of marketing activities across Sanjugo and other Sept Group brands, with a strong digital focus
  • Social media content creation & planning & management
  • Short-form video (Reels/TikTok/YouTube shorts) and basic editing
  • Website updates & online brand management
  • Digital campaigns & seasonal promotions
  • Photography & videography
  • Maintaining brand consistency
  • Email marketing & CRM support
  • Community engagement
  • Create and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other platforms etc.
  • Capture photos/videos of food, interiors, team and behind-the-scenes
  • Support content planning, scheduling and editing
  • Monitor performance (reach, engagement, clicks) and suggest improvements
  • Assist with updates to www.sanjugo.co.uk
  • Upload new images, menu items, promotions and events
  • Support basic SEO-friendly copywriting
  • Contribute to seasonal campaigns (Valentine’s, Christmas, menu launches)
  • Assist with new store openings and brand projects
  • Help produce simple performance reports
  • Create simple graphics using Canva/Adobe/other necessary platforms
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
  • Join brainstorming sessions for content and campaigns
  • Help manage email campaigns and CRM tasks
  • Respond to comments/messages and engage with our online community
  • Share insights from customer reviews and feedback

Requirements

  • 16+ years old
  • English & maths GCSE or equivalent grade above C/4
  • Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
  • Experience growing a personal social account
  • Experience creating content for fun
  • Experience managing a college project
  • Experience helping friends/family with branding or social media
