We have an exciting opportunity for a Multi-Site Care Team Leader to join the Norse Care team, working across our care services in Norfolk on a permanent basis working either on a part time or full time basis. Whether you're an experienced Care Support Worker ready to take the next step, or a current Senior or Team Leader looking to develop your experience, this role offers the chance to grow with Norfolk’s largest care home provider. You'll have opportunities to work on a variety of projects across the business, gain valuable experience, and develop excellent career progression while making a real difference in your community.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build strong working relationships with colleagues, using your natural leadership skills to supervise and motivate others
  • Help manage the day-to-day management of staff across our care establishments
  • Coordinate short-notice staff cover, manage handovers, support new starter inductions, and assist with staff performance monitoring and reporting
  • Lead by example in delivering high-quality, person-centred care—supporting residents' independence, dignity, and informed choices in line with their care plans
  • Oversee the safe administration of medication in accordance with company procedures, where appropriate
  • Respond promptly to call bells and emergencies, providing compassionate care and support
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals as needed to ensure the best outcomes for our residents

Requirements:

  • Full UK driving licence due to the travel between our establishments
  • Previous experience working within a similar social care role
  • Excellent communication skills, able to coach, mentor and motivate others
  • Able to work effectively as both an individual as well as part of a team
  • Willing to go that extra mile
