You will collaborate closely with on-site System Architects and Enterprise Architects, acting as the bridge between the factory team and product squads operating within a SAFe agile framework.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and enforce MuleSoft integration architecture standards, API-led connectivity patterns (Experience, Process, System APIs), and best practices across all factory teams
  • Lead solution design reviews and validate technical approaches for new projects, evolutions, and technical debt reduction
  • Design end-to-end integration solutions on the Anypoint Platform, covering API design, DataWeave transformations, error handling, and connector configuration
  • Approve technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and code reviews produced by the team
  • Own the technical onboarding strategy and training curricula to ensure all factory developers maintain a high level of MuleSoft expertise
  • Pilot the Transition & Transformation (T&T) wave methodology: phasing, ramp-up pace, knowledge transfer planning, and wave sign-off deliverables
  • Set up and govern CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and software craftsmanship standards (code review, pair programming, TDD)
  • Proactively propose AI-assisted development approaches to optimize delivery and reverse engineering activities during KT phases
  • Act as the ultimate escalation point (L3+) for complex production incidents on integration flows
  • Coordinate major incident resolution using swarming techniques and ensure post-mortem documentation
  • Participate in SAFe ceremonies: PI Planning, System Team meetings, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Ensure IS architecture compliance in collaboration with on-site System and Enterprise Architects

Requirements

  • 10+ years of confirmed, hands-on MuleSoft Anypoint Platform experience (API Management, Runtime Fabric, DataWeave 2.0, MQ, API Gateway)
  • Expert-level knowledge of API-led connectivity, enterprise integration patterns, and microservices architecture
  • Proven ability to design, review, and govern complex integration architectures across multiple enterprise systems
  • Strong experience with CI/CD pipeline setup (Maven, Jenkins, GitHub Actions or equivalent) and test automation
  • Experience integrating with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, Anaplan, or equivalent
  • Mastery of software craftsmanship: TDD, code review, pair programming, automated regression testing
  • Solid experience leading technical teams within a SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) delivery model
  • Track record of managing nearshore / offshore factory models with low turnover and high delivery quality
  • Proficient with Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow in an agile product team context
  • Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken (mandatory)
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • High sense of ownership, quality orientation, and accountability
  • Salesforce Certified MuleSoft Developer
