Job Responsibility
Validate API contracts designed in RAML or OpenAPI Specification (OAS)
Develop, maintain, and execute automated regression test suites using MUnit, Postman, or RestAssured
Verify complex data mapping and manipulation flows written in DataWeave 2.0
Validate backend data synchronization across ERPs, CRMs (e.g., Salesforce), and database endpoints
Conduct load and stress testing on API endpoints using Apache JMeter or SoapUI
Write complex SQL queries to inspect backend databases and confirm accurate payload delivery
Embed automated test scripts into DevOps pipelines using Maven, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps
Identify, log, track, and troubleshoot integration bottlenecks and data format mismatches using Jira
Requirements
4+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 2-3 years focused on the MuleSoft ecosystem
Hands-on experience with Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform, API Manager, and Runtime Manager
Advanced proficiency with MUnit, Postman, SoapUI, ReadyAPI, and JMeter
Deep understanding of JSON, XML, Flat Files, and CSV structures
Robust knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, or NoSQL databases
Strong experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models
