Job Description:

The MuleSoft Project Manager role involves overseeing integration projects, managing client relationships, and ensuring quality delivery. Candidates should have a strong background in Java and MuleSoft, along with PMP or CAPM certifications. Excellent communication skills and experience in agile methodologies are essential. This position offers opportunities for business development and requires a high travel tolerance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Create, execute and monitor program level communication, quality and change management strategies
  • Produce project documentation and project plans to team standards
  • Provide support and oversight of implementation through project completion
  • Manage multiple project deadlines, budgets, margins and contracted deliverables
  • Facilitate regular meetings to review the current state of projects
  • Develop and implement consistent and standardized processes and methodology
  • Drive the intellectual content on engagements
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and seek out additional business development opportunities
  • Ensure the team achieves performance and customer service metrics

Requirements:

  • Consulting experience is highly preferred
  • Industry-specific consulting experience (FSI, Manufacturing, Healthcare)
  • Merger & acquisition experience
  • High travel tolerance
  • PMP/CAPM Certification
  • Strong Java background
  • Intermediate/strong MuleSoft Background

Nice to have:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Tibco experience
