We are hiring a MuleSoft Application / Production Support Analyst (L1/L2) with 2–5 years of experience to support MuleSoft-based integration platforms. The role focuses on monitoring scheduler-driven integrations, providing first- and second-level production support, handling incidents, coordinating with technical teams, and ensuring reliable execution of batch and API-based processes.
Job Responsibility
Provide L1/L2 production support for MuleSoft applications, with a focus on scheduler-based and batch integrations
Monitor MuleSoft applications, scheduled jobs, APIs, and integration flows to ensure timely and successful execution
Perform initial triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of incidents related to Mule 4 flows, scheduled jobs, APIs, connectivity, and DataWeave transformations
Analyze logs, error messages, job failures, and alerts to identify issues and provide appropriate resolution or escalation
Handle basic configuration changes, minor fixes, re-runs, and recovery activities as per defined runbooks and support procedures
Ensure scheduled jobs are monitored closely, including dependency checks, failure identification, restart/re-run coordination, and status reporting
Monitor application health, job execution status, CloudHub logs, alerts, and dashboards to proactively identify potential issues
Support deployments on CloudHub by performing validation, monitoring post-deployment activities, and reporting issues
Troubleshoot API integration and connectivity issues across internal and external systems, escalating complex issues to L3/development teams when required
Collaborate with L3 support, infrastructure, development, and business teams during incident resolution, releases, and batch monitoring
Maintain and update runbooks, job schedules, incident logs, recovery procedures, and support documentation
Participate in release support, batch window monitoring, shift handovers, and on-call support for critical job cycles
Requirements
2–5 years of IT experience with hands-on exposure to MuleSoft application support and basic development activities
Good understanding of Mule 4, DataWeave 2.x, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration concepts
Experience in monitoring and supporting scheduler-based or batch-driven integrations
Strong troubleshooting skills, including log analysis, job failure handling, alert monitoring, and incident triage
Basic understanding of Linux/Unix commands, scheduling concepts such as cron/batch jobs, and JVM fundamentals
Experience working with CloudHub logs, Runtime Manager, alerts, and application monitoring
Familiarity with incident, service request, and problem management processes
ITIL knowledge is preferred
Good analytical, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to work in production support environments and handle priority incidents within defined SLAs
Nice to have
Experience supporting batch processing systems, API integrations, or event-driven integrations
Exposure to AWS or cloud-based environments is a plus
Familiarity with monitoring tools, alerting platforms, and job orchestration tools
Experience working in retail/ecommerce support environments is an added advantage
