Job Description

Drive the Future of Technical Services Solutions. As our MTS Solutions Manager, you'll be the strategic architect behind winning multi-million dollar pursuits across the US with expansion oversight into Canada. You'll combine analytical prowess with operational insight to design innovative service delivery models, pulling insights from complex systems like Corrigo to solve clients' toughest facilities challenges across North America.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead comprehensive RFP solution development by analyzing work order history, asset lists, and budget data to create optimal client proposals
  • Build detailed task-level estimates for preventive and reactive maintenance services while developing projected staffing and routing requirements for mobile technical services
  • Analyze large quantities of data for estimating and pricing, normalizing findings based on hands-on mechanical knowledge and operational experience
  • Create business pursuit documents, pricing formats, and complete client templates accurately and timely while participating in site tours and client sessions for solution validation
  • Develop comprehensive proforma profitability models for mobile technical services, working with WPM service line experts to document cost savings and platform costs
  • Investigate and compile benchmarking data to support pricing assumptions, fully documenting all estimate assumptions, dependencies, and sources
  • Create pricing exhibits and schedules throughout RFP processes, negotiations, and contracting phases while working with Solution Directors on organizational structure and scope definitions
  • Provide transition support by educating account teams on pricing models, participate in estimating tool development, and deliver sales support on special projects to enhance accuracy and efficiency

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering with strong financial modeling skills and a finance/accounting background
  • 2+ years of experience in mobile/routed services or pricing engineering environment
  • 5+ years of real estate experience emphasizing engineering/technical services
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis systems (Corrigo and Tableau)
  • Hands-on mechanical/maintenance knowledge with operational instinct and data-driven mindset
  • Experience in route planning, pricing, and logistics with strong financial and analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Self-starter mentality with attention to detail and resourcefulness
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
