Manage pre- and post-contract award technical requirements and execution, including ICD compliance, risk management, and T&E oversight
Interact with a multidisciplinary DoD technical workforce and defense hardware contractors in the accomplishment of your duties
Evaluate architectural strategies and support the SPM in preparing for critical reviews, including PMRs, QPRs, and Congressional inquiries
Providing direct Systems Engineering support for Epoch 1/2
Ensuring alignment of technical execution with established systems engineering plans and architectures
Requirements
At least 10 equivalent years of experience performing Systems Engineering activities in the government (military and/or civil servant), federally funded research and development center, or profit / non-profit government support / development Contractor arena
Knowledge of various quantitative techniques used to analyze technical data, develop models, interpret results, and brief senior-level DoD leadership
Must be able to work independently, as well as with a team, on time-sensitive high-visibility tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
Demonstrated knowledge of technical management, risk management, and systems engineering practices associated with Major Defense Acquisition Programs
Active DoD Secret Clearance (required)
US citizenship (required)
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences
