Job Description

The role of MSP Specialist is a key role to the success of Randstad Sourceright. Our MSP Specialists are key to ensuring a great client and hiring manager experience. Job purpose: Achievement of a superb client and contractor experience through effective and timely management of HR Operational compliance processes. Reporting to: Regional Manager

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for executing a suite of HR operational processes, performing core transactional work such as employee data management and other HR administration, operating it reliably, bringing about continuous improvements and problem solving for special cases/requirements of our client groups, throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Identification of continuous improvement opportunities using Lean Sigma training (RSR will train)
  • Perform concentrated data entry related to specific data quality initiatives such as updating or correcting employee information
  • Ensure that client and contractor queries are responded to according to Service Level Agreements and escalations are raised timely
  • Aid in scheduled statutory & compliance reporting needs by collating employee information based on pre-decided formats
  • Work with the respective internal stakeholders on defining, collecting and analysing process metrics for audit purposes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience (recruitment or operations-related)
  • Excellent customer service orientation
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organisational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on tact and diplomacy
  • Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment
  • Ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently, while meeting strict deadlines
  • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem-solver with a strong desire to contribute to the organisation's reputation and success
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Proficiency in managing ATS and MS Office

  • Reconciliation & Variance Management: Conduct weekly reconciliations of MSP and Company timecard data for all Internal and External Suppliers. Proactively manage variances through necessary sales, vendor, or bill adjustments and write offs while adhering to Company policy
  • Billing Operations & Oversight: Execute the processing of Summary Loads for accurate Customer billing and maintain close monitoring of all invoice presentment to customers
  • Accounts Receivable (AR): Manage VMS Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) to remain within contracted terms plus 5 days. This includes systematic identification, documentation, and resolution of all outstanding AR matters, ensuring research items do not exceed 2% of the total assigned portfolio. Collaborate with the Project Management Office (PMO) and Clients to swiftly resolve any billing or payment complications
  • Supplier Payment & Vendor Reconciliation: Oversee the MSP Supplier payment reconciliation process to ensure Suppliers are paid within contract payment terms. This entails confirming Client payment, authorizing Vendor payment releases, and actively identifying, documenting, and resolving any outstanding supplier payment issues, with research items not to exceed 2.0% of the portfolio. Partner with MSP, PMO, and Clients to address all billing and billing concerns
  • Stakeholder Communication & Service: Deliver exceptional customer service through professional written and verbal communications with key internal and external stakeholders including the PMO, MSP Suppliers, Field partners, support teams, Clients and various Randstad internal departments
