We are looking for a Senior Talent Advisor who will help us support our client in the petrochemical sector. As a Talent Advisor working on our MSP program you will be part of a dynamic team working in a hybrid model in South Netherlands. Two days per week on site in Geleen is essential. In this role, you will create an excellent end to end experience with support from the supplier and admin teams. You will recruit for contract employees and agency work across blue collar and white collar positions. You will actively promote our Client’s values in the market, be an ambassador for its culture and bring also the Client experience to life for its stakeholders. You will consult external talents/agencies and be a guide and will need to be proactive. You will have your own office on site and support in the growth of other team members.

Job Responsibility:

  • end-to-end responsible for hiring of contingent workers within SABIC
  • single point of contact for Hiring Managers on your requisitions (technical, procurement, customer service, legal, HR), projects or single positions
  • conduct job intake meetings with Hiring Managers, use data to advise and roll out the talent strategy
  • manage suppliers connected to the MSP program, maintain relationship, conduct supplier meetings, steer on supplier KPIs
  • ensure effective and timely fulfillment of requisition assigned to you, making use of your supplier base
  • act as linking pin between SABIC hiring managers and suppliers, review and shortlist the submitted candidates, aim for best qualified candidate
  • support Hiring Manager in selection/hiring process and conduct evaluation meetings
  • drive cost savings by negotiating on suppliers hiring terms (rates) and safeguard compliant hiring (company regulation and local law)
  • execute periodic review meetings with client stakeholders to report on progress and program KPIs
  • ensure all activity is captured in the vendor management system (VMS), Fieldglass
  • work with RSR cross country team (Hungary) for administration support for the MSP program
  • take part in MSP program and process optimization to enable continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of recruitment experience working with MSP programs
  • Exposure to projects involving international collaboration
  • Compelling and clear communicator, with superb stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and agility to work in a fast-paced and innovative environment
  • Exceptional customer service and consistency of high-quality work
  • Fluency in English and Dutch language
