This is a remote position. Role Overview: We are looking for a highly driven MSP RFP & Business Development Specialist to join our MSP division. This role is ideal for someone who understands the Managed Services Provider (MSP) ecosystem and can take ownership of identifying, analyzing, and submitting RFPs for the US market. The candidate does not necessarily need prior hands-on RFP experience but must come from an MSP background with exposure to sales, business development, account management, technical sales, project coordination, or similar client-facing functions. This person will work directly with leadership, collaborate closely with the MSP team, and play a key role in driving new business opportunities through strategic RFP hunting and submissions.
Job Responsibility
Identify and hunt for relevant MSP-related RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and bid opportunities in the US market
Analyze RFP requirements and assess opportunity fitment for the organization
Use internal platforms/tools to prepare and submit RFP responses
Coordinate with leadership and internal stakeholders to gather technical, operational, and commercial inputs for submissions
Collaborate closely with MSP leadership for pricing, calculations, and proposal structuring
Manage the end-to-end RFP submission lifecycle
Track submission timelines, compliance requirements, and follow-up activities
Maintain documentation and records of submitted proposals and opportunities
Support business development initiatives within the MSP division
Continuously monitor market opportunities and procurement platforms
Requirements
2–4 years of experience in any of the following: MSP Sales
Business Development
Technical Sales
Account Management
RFP/Bid Management
Technical Project Coordination
Business Analysis within MSP environments
Mandatory experience working in an MSP (Managed Services Provider) environment
Understanding of MSP services, pricing models, staffing concepts, and client engagement workflows
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Strong organizational and analytical abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, execution-driven environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Willingness to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap
Nice to have
Exposure to US clients or US staffing/MSP operations is highly preferred
Experience in proposal submissions, vendor management systems (VMS), or procurement portals is a plus
Candidates with technical sales or technical project management exposure will be given strong preference
