Job Responsibility

  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn Talent Insights and MRA data to identify issues and provide suggestions related to requisition fulfillment challenges
  • Provide client decision support regarding appropriate worker classification
  • Provide clients with supplier optimization recommendations and assist Supplier Relations with contract terminations as needed
  • Deliver supplier scorecards and corrective actions or probation related to contract violations
  • Assist in qualifying suppliers and contract negotiations as needed to support programs
  • Identify and resolve issues that arise
  • Measure maintain and monitor daily weekly monthly quarterly reports to identify trends gaps opportunities
  • Work with client to monitor program satisfaction including stakeholders and hiring managers provide order fulfillment coaching to team members
  • Work with client to monitor supplier satisfaction provide necessary coaching to suppliers
  • Interpret data with market context and industry insights for client review
  • Provide updates and recommend best practices for program and/or system enhancements
