Aligned to a RPO, MSP or other client programs, you are part of a global recruitment coordinator community. Together with your recruitment coordinator colleagues you build the next level of service for our Clients around the world. It’s a global team, where you can learn from each other and grow professionally as well as personally.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the program team for onboarding new hires, pre-identified candidates or scale up through employee transition from external suppliers
  • Processing Extension request, Time submission, Payroll admin and offboarding
  • Mailbox management, liaising with suppliers to get the worker time card submitted on time
  • Review all candidate documents submitted for sufficiency for onboarding
  • Assist with worker registration on VMS tool(Fieldglass) and ensure on time submittal of data to onsite MSP Specialist
  • Manage and maintain basic reporting of on boarded and off boarded candidates
  • Handholding EW onboarding through scheduled inductions and query resolutions

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 4 years’ experience in staffing or MSP account management
  • Minimum 2 years experience in HR or customer service, with deep understanding of the technology or non-technology sector.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to work within a team environment
  • Details oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Good knowledge of using excel and comfortable with salary structure workings.
