Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and deliver operational plans, ensuring optimum staffing levels and guiding managers through effective succession planning
  • Manage key relationships with client sponsors, identify new service offerings, and act as the primary point of escalation
  • Manage the development of budget plans, including monthly P&Ls, and monitor costs to deliver against commercial objectives
  • Create and implement operational strategies that align with company values, while fostering a cohesive and highly motivated team environment
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to ensure service levels are exceeded, providing coaching and feedback to prioritize resources effectively

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in MSP recruitment leading MSP teams, 5 -10 years preferred
  • Proven experience in managing business plans, commercial budgets, and P&L
  • Strong team management experience and the ability to build high-performance teams through a clear sense of purpose
  • The ability to cut through complexity and understand market trends to inform planning and decision-making
  • A hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach with the creativity and resilience to navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and design practical solutions
